Robert W. Kirk and Robert S. Huth, Jr. began practicing together in 1992.  They formed Kirk & Huth, P.C. upon the principal of making available in Macomb County those professionally provided legal services which none of the “silk stocking” firms had developed in the County.  The Firm’s founding philosophy was based upon the belief that those services could be just as well provided by a small firm with solid experience. 

The firm has continued to grow, and is one of the largest firms in Macomb County.  Over the years, the firm has expanded to nine lawyers and a full staff of full and part time legal assistants, legal secretaries and law clerks.  Kirk & Huth, P.C. feels that with this growth, we have continued to adhere to our original guiding principles of providing our clients with the very best legal services.
