History of Kirk, Huth, Lange & Badalamenti, PLC
Robert W. Kirk and Robert
S. Huth, Jr. began practicing together in 1992. They
formed their law firm to make available in Macomb County
those professional legal services offered by “silk
stocking” firms in other areas of metropolitan Detroit.
The Firm’s founding philosophy has since been based upon
the belief that professional and aggressive legal
services can be provided by a small or mid-size law firm
with solid experience.
Craig W. Lange has, since
1977, prided himself on being able to serve as a
creative and innovative problem solver in resolving
labor and employment disputes, and on being able to
establish close professional relationships with his
clients. He has always offered not only quality
representation, but also uniquely personalized legal
services.
Raechel M. Badalamenti
joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2011.
Her concentration is in civil dispute resolution and
litigation. Her practice includes trial and appellate
matters in the state and federal courts. As a zealous
advocate, she tackles the clients' issues while being
aware of, and responsive to, the anxiety that the client
feels when faced with a legal challenge.
